What the "Fashion Aunties" are gifting this season

It's that time of year, and if you don’t have kids of a certain age, you are probably asking everyone what to gift your favorite small human.

These girls are the MVP aunties. They ALWAYS come up with the best gifts and literally have all the kids behind them like the Pied Piper of Hamelin.

Newborn baby – 12 months: Soft, development toys are great as baby gifts, and parents won't want to kill you for giving their babies toys that make noises. 

This Giraffe is adorable, What baby doesn’t need a a Bauhaus set? And a crawling roller is always a good idea.

12 months-2- I find that wooden activity toys are such a good gift for this age group. They provide endless fun and don't make annoying noises.

This chicken coop, the doll family house, and the party time lunch set are on my list.

2-4- Books are my favorite gift for this age group, but I also love an activity toy. I've also heard great things about the YOTO which is a screen-free audio player where children can insert cards with songs, stories, and games. 

What's The Story Cards & Towering Beads are also great options.

4-7- I've always leaned into giving DIY activities such as friendship bracelet kits, art projects, slime kits (only if parents allow!), etc. I also like giving games that kids can play with their siblings or family.

7-10- My nephew and niece are this age and love playing activity and card games with friends or family. I've also found that kids love reading books that their moms and aunts read when they were little. The Babysitters Club, Goosebumps, The Chronicles of Narnia are good options for different tastes!

Newborn-12 months: THIS Bundle is my go-to.

12-24 months : I love Mini Rodini, this sweater is amazing. How sweet is this Petit Bateau Set?

2-4 years: Who doesn’t need a Llamacorn? Also THIS coat is the chicest thing, I love this brand.

4-7 years: This sherpa jacket is amazing, and this sweater is so unique and fun.

7-10 years Love this coat, plus this backpack would make any kid happy.

My 3-and-a-half-year-old niece, Paloma, was going through the Amazon catalog (who knew Amazon made a holiday catalog? Very smart), and she kept pointing at toys, asking if they were for her age 😂 I never show up without a gift when I see her. Princess dresses have been the winners. Also, some can double as dresses they can actually wear to school, birthdays, and playdates.

If I have time I like to make a stop at Kidding Around on 15th and 6th, they have the best selection of toys from infants to kids, including cute clothes and the staff is always so helpful. I also like target I recently got all of my nieces the same gift, a princess phone purse that comes with credit cards and lip gloss it was was such a hit with all of them! 

I also loveeee legos! I grew up on Legos always find myself buying them for my nieces and nephews, it’s such a great gift. 

And Supersmall another favorite, I’ve known Maria (the founder) for years she is an amazing jewelry editor and this was a genius idea, every little girl I know is obsessed! \

Princess dress from Lola and the girls and I like this one too, I’ll probably end up getting both.

For my 4-year-old niece Elle whose in Cleveland I like to get her something New York, I found this cute book at the The Moma Gift shop.

I'm obsessed with Mini Rodini - my kids will be wearing only this, how cute is this puffer ( plus it’s on sale!)

PS: THESE are also incredible for any age.
